With over 1,500 real estate transactions of experience across multiple states, I've built my career around integrity, communication, and an unwavering commitment to the people I serve.
Growing up in a real estate office gave me an early appreciation for the industry, but my passion has always been helping others succeed. Through True Care TC Partners, I provide professional transaction and listing coordination services designed to bring organization, clarity, and confidence to every stage of the real estate process.
My background in business management, marketing, and client relations has shaped the way I lead: with attention to detail, proactive communication, and genuine care for every relationship.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lori Mitchell brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and expertise to her role as Listing Coordinator at True Care TC Partners.
A Sarasota native, Lori's career spans nearly every aspect of real estate, including serving as a Realtor, Office Manager, Trainer, and multi-branch manager for Century 21. Her experience also includes REO repair coordination at Michael Saunders & Company and inside sales coordination for a real estate marketing firm.
With a strong background in listing management, marketing, client relations, and business operations, Lori understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency, and communication throughout the real estate process.
QuickBooks certified and committed to excellence, Lori brings decades of industry knowledge and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to supporting our agents and ensuring their listings receive the attention they deserve.
